Software maintenance
The following maintenance services are covered by the usage fees for vysoft products:
1. Corrective maintenance
Elimination of errors, bug fixing in source code of vysoft products
2. Perfecting maintenance
Improvement of attributes such as performance or maintainability of vysoft products
3. Adaptive maintenance
Adaptation of the application to changed technical conditions of the underlying infrastructure (e.g. adjustments which become necessary because a new MS SharePoint release has come onto the market)
