Make better use of your rooms
Improve the utilization of your rooms by having meetings confirmed directly on the touch screen using an RFID card/QR tag or PIN, for example. This reduces the number of unused bookings. vysoft RMS can be set up so that unused rooms are released again after a certain period of time. If a meeting ends sooner than planned, this can be indicated on the room display. The room is then immediately available again. This optimises the use of rooms, and helps you to make optimal use of the areas.
