The following functions are specified time and time again within the context of desk sharing software

It must be possible to book workplaces using a layout (graphical representation)

It must be possible to integrate the room booking system so that workstations and meeting rooms can be booked using the graphical representation

Occupancy plans must be available online

It must be easy to expand the workplace attributes

Equipment characteristics for workplaces must be created in the system or configured for the respective workplaces

Incident management must to be connected to the software for booking workstations so that a ticket can be triggered if necessary

The system must provide a graphical overview of the areas and their occupancy, on the basis of a selectable period of time

The booking of certain workplaces must only be possible if you belong to a specified user group

Workplace booking must be possible for a deputy/supervisor

When workplaces are being searched for, configurable requirements must be taken into consideration such as height-adjustable, barrier-free, etc.
